On the right sidebar I noticed their is a section called knowledge what will this be used for and when will it be available?
Knowledge is going to allow you to search any document across your organisation, and local environment (e.g. laptop etc) so you have one place for company knowledge.
We’re super excited by this feature and are actively working on it right now
