When I attached a document to the Brim platform.
This is an email template I want to be remembered in the future.
But it does not seemed that the platforms is reading the documents text.

Hi Kai, thanks for raising this — appreciate you taking the time to flag it.
From what you’ve said, it sounds like this could be one of two things:
The platform isn’t able to read the contents of the attached document.
It’s reading the document fine, but not remembering it properly in the chat history.
To help narrow this down, would you mind doing a quick test for me?
Upload the document again.
Straight after, ask Brim to write out the contents of that document.
If it can produce the text, that suggests it’s a context issue (so we’ll look into how it’s remembering things).
If it can’t produce the text, that means it’s struggling to read the attachment itself — and I can get that fixed for you.
Let me know what you find and we’ll get it sorted either way.

Just ran the test you requested above.
The platform was unable to write any of the text in the document and funnily enough had no knowledge of any document being uploaded.
