Hi - I was wondering if their is a limit to the number of Email I can send from the Brim platforms.
I’m planning on using it to run an email campaign but using Brim to help personalise the message along the way. So what to know if I will reach a capacity ceiling?
There’s no limit on the number of emails you can send from Brim itself, as it connects directly to your Gmail or Outlook account — so the limit depends on your email provider, not Brim.
That said, if you’re planning to run email marketing campaigns, I wouldn’t recommend sending from your main company email domain. For deliverability and domain safety, it’s much better to set up secondary email domains that aren’t connected to your main business accounts.
As a rough rule of thumb, I suggest limiting each domain to around 20 emails per day to keep your deliverability healthy. So, for example, if you want to send 100 emails a day, you’d want to set up around five domains.
