When I try to access the Brim platform from public Wi-Fi. I get an error message. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

Hi @ElliotF – thank you for flagging this! Public Wi-Fi can sometimes block or restrict certain traffic, which might be causing the error. We’re working to make Brim accessible no matter the network you’re on.
In the meantime, here are a couple of quick fixes you can try:
- Switch to a personal hotspot if you can, just to check if the issue is network-related.
- Use a VPN, which can sometimes get around public network restrictions.

Okay.
I don’t really want to use my personal hotspot as this would use my data. But would be happy to use a VPN.
How would I set that up?
