When uploading document to the chat. I have to add each document individually when I would like to be able to upload multiple document at the same time.

Thanks for your feedback Jack – This issue will be addressed in the next product update. Which should be updating within a few days. Once this is in action you will be able to selected multiple document.
Out of curiosity what type of documents are you trying to upload?

@Lukas - I’m trying to upload a collection of example reports I want the agent to help me write. So I am giving them examples of previous reports I have written
@Jack-William - Okay that makes sense and it is always good to give the agent context.
Just to let you know this issues should now be fixed. However if I’m understanding your task correctly you have reports you fill out with regular format, it is just writing the text which takes time.
Let me know if I’ve misunderstood.
But if this is the task your tying to accomplish using our workflow feature would be a better and easier way to accomplish the same outcomes. Happy to jump on a call with you and explain how this works.
