One thing I keep seeing with clients is that they don’t care about shiny AI tools.
The everyday businesses I work with aren’t asking for futuristic use cases. They’re asking for help with the same pain points they’ve had for 10–20 years.
Things like:
- Hours spent processing invoices
- Endless time spent in their inbox and not working
- Repetitive writing of weekly or daily reports
AI is most appealing when it solves key business problems. Not by doing something new, but by finally solving old problems properly.
Curious if others are seeing the same? And if you are seeing genuinely futuristic use cases, I’d love to hear about them
