I’ve noticed that Brim keeps asking me to connect my Gmail account, even though it’s already connected.
I’ll go through the connection flow, everything seems to work, and then a bit later I’m prompted again to reconnect Gmail. This has happened a few times now and I’m not always sure whether something has actually disconnected or if it’s just being re-requested.
Is there something that might be causing the connection not to stick? Any tips on how to solve this would be great
Thanks for flagging this. You’re right, this shouldn’t be happening.
In most cases, a clean disconnect and reconnect of the Gmail integration sorts it. If you’ve already tried that and it’s still prompting you to reconnect, then something isn’t sticking properly on the connection side.
