While using Brim. I feed context into platform on previous document and what I want it to do. But when I do this the agent gets stuck on my initial question. Which is “do you understand the task” and keeps asking the same question over and over again.
The only way to get out of this is to create a new thread.

Thanks for sharing this, it sounds like the same duplication issue we’ve seen with other users, where the agent gets stuck repeating the initial question. We’re actively fixing this so the agent can move on once it has the context, without looping.
In the meantime, starting a new thread is a good workaround, but we’ll update you as soon as the fix is live (should be today!). Appreciate your patience!
